Q. Why isn't all your range available on the outlet?
A. Our full range is available through a number of stockists nationwide and online. We understand that little ones demand extra attention and pennies, which can all mount up when creating your perfect nursery. With this in mind, we've opened our outlet site, where we are able to offer selected items at special prices.
The outlet features a whole host of products, including ex-display, ex-photography samples. Production or quality samples, which are all perfect, but have been taken out of the original packaging for inspections. But beware, some of the listings are for one off items, so if you see something you like it's best not to wait too long!
We also offer ranges which are over stocked, if we need to clear some space in our warehouse, this is good news for you as it means there are savings to be made!
You may not find all of our current ranges available on the outlet site, but you can see details of everything we do at www.izziwotnot.com. You can also find details of our stockists on this website too, just incase the items are not available on our outlet site.
If you are looking for something in particular and can't find it, please give us a call on 0800 466 1221 and we will be more than happy to help.
Q. Do you have a showroom that I can visit?
A. Although the Izziwotnot head office is based in Manchester (UK), we do not hold stock in a showroom. But don't worry if you order an item and are not happy with it, it can be returned in line with our returns policy. Please note charges may be made to return items that are simply unliked.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Stock permitting, all furniture orders will be dispatched within 2 to 8 weeks. All other orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours to arrive with UK customers within 10 working days. It is possible to order selected goods on a next day delivery, if orders are received before noon Monday to Thursday.

You can select the delivery option you require at check out. Charges will only show in your basket once you go through to the checkout, but you will be able to see the charges before confirming your order.
Please note that is we quote you a price for a delivery outside of the UK then the goods may be subject to local import duties and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. We can not be held accountable for any additional charges.
Q. How can I make payment?
A. Payments are made through a secure payment method, Sage Pay. Once you to through to check out you will be directed to the secure payment pages.
We will soon be able to process payments via Paypal too.
If you prefer to place your order with a person you may call our office on 0800 466 1221 and we can take your details over the phone.
Your account will be charged at the time you place your order. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. Any charges incurred will be refunded.
Q. How do I know my transaction is secure?
A. All transactional information passed between Izziwotnot and the Sage Pay Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Sage Pay servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Q. What will happen to my personal information once I register?
A. Any information you provide will be held securely and only used to process your order and for statistical purposes. Should you agree we will also advise you of any offers or promotions we may be running. Your information will not be used by or sold to any third parties.
Q. Will I receive an order confirmation for my purchases?
A. We will acknowledge your order shortly after we receive it.
Q. Do you have a catalogue?
A. We do have a catalogue which shows all of our ranges, but not all items in the catalogue are available on your outlet. If you would like to request a catalogue please use our catalogue request page and we will send you one as quickly as possible. Should you see something in the catalogue you like but can't find it on the outlet please call 0800 466 1221 or email outlet@izziwotnot.com and we will help you locate a stockist.
Q. Can I choose a delivery time for my order?
A. Shortly after placing your order with us, we will contacted by a member of the team you to arrange a suitable delivery date with you. We cannot always guarantee a particular date or time, but we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Textile orders are delivered using a carrier or by post and we are currently unable to guarantee a particular time for delivery. If you place order order Monday to Thursday before 12 noon it is possible to request next day delivery, but again we can not guarantee a time. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, but should the carrier or postman deliver your parcel when you are not at home, they will leave a card or contact you to arrange an alternative delivery, or arrange for you to collect it.
Q. Can I track my order online?

Q. I have been sent an incorrect/damaged item, what should I do?

Q. If I receive my furniture and don’t like it, how do I return it?
A. In the first instance you need to check with the stockist who provided your Izziwotnot goods for their individual returns policy. As the manufacturer we respond to queries and returns as the third party. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty.
As part of the Izziwotnot Home Delivery and Assembly Service, we ask that you check and confirm the quality of your furniture whilst our team is with you. If a fault is found at this time we will replace the piece as soon as possible. In the event that you choose to assemble the furniture yourself, or have purchased pre-assembled furniture from a retailer, please check all pieces before removing the packaging and, if a fault is found, we ask that you contact your retailer under the terms of their normal returns policy. Q. What materials is Izziwotnot furniture made of?
A. Where possible, our furniture is sourced from sustainable and managed forests, with the aim of ensuring quality, durability and longevity for future generations, namely your little ones. If you are interested in knowing about a particular range, please contact us for details, we use a range of solid woods, veneers and paints to ensure we offer a range of styles and prices to suit varying tastes and budgets.
We provide the promise that paints and varnishes are non-toxic, being safe for both your children and the environment. Whilst our efforts are only baby steps in the global pursuit of sustainability, we believe that every little counts and we endeavour to play our part in the bigger picture.

Q. How do I choose a cot bed mattress?
A. It is important to order the right size mattress for your cot or cot bed. There should be no more than a 4cm gap between the mattress and the railing, to prevent the danger of an infant becoming wedged or trapping their arms or legs.
It is also a good idea to invest in a mattress with a washable cover to protect against the inevitable messy accidents. All our current mattresses feature a removable washable cover and an internal waterproof slip to protect the mattress.
